Refund policy

We hope you love your items! In the event that you don't or that you order the wrong item, please see below to make Returns & Exchanges.

 

• Purchases of items that are less than full price are Final Sale and are NOT eligible for return/refund/exchange.
• Purchases of Special Occasion items such as Christmas, Easter, Fourth of July, and Thanksgiving are considered Final Sale and are NOT eligible for return/refund/exchange.
• Items purchased on pre-order are not eligible for refund.
• Monogrammed items are considered Final Sale and will not be eligible to exchange or refunds.
• Returns of Full-Priced items are accepted within 30 days of original purchase, under the following policies:
• Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unstained, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, odor free - with original tags attached and intact and in original packaging. 
• Graceful Kate Children Boutique reserves the right to refuse worn, washed, or damaged merchandise. 
• Missing or Damaged Items: If an item is missing from your package, please email gracefulkateboutique@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. If an item in your package is damaged, please email your order number and a photo of the damaged item to gracefulkateboutique@gmail.com 
• We do not provide return shipping labels unless an item has come damaged or by mistake. USPS is our preferred shipping method due to typically being the most cost-efficient shipping method. Our Returns Department is unable to track return shipments so please keep your tracking information for reference.
• Once a return package has been delivered to our fulfillment center successfully, please allow 5-10 business days for the returns to be processed.
• Please email gracefulkateboutique@gmail.comif there is an issue with your order. Our returns department will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and paperwork to include in your return shipment. Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of return package.
• Request for return via email must be received within 14 days of delivery date. Return must be received back to Graceful Kate Children Boutique within 14 days of return authorization date to receive a full refund.
